Cancellation Policy – The Website Exchange

At The Website Exchange, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your web design or digital marketing services. Our goal is to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible.

How to Cancel

To cancel your services, simply send an email to andrew@twe123.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request.”
Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account or project

  • The service(s) you wish to cancel

Once your email is received, our team will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

Timing & Billing

  • Monthly Services: Cancellations received before your next billing date will stop any future payments.

  • Project-Based Services: If work has already begun, any completed stages or deliverables will be billed according to your agreement.

  • Deposits or Setup Fees: These are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover planning, setup, and administrative costs.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are issued within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Partial refunds may apply only if services have not yet been rendered or deliverables have not been initiated.

Data & Access

Upon cancellation, any design files, website assets, or other deliverables already paid for will be provided to you upon request. Hosting, domain registration, or other third-party services will remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
